Club Lotto
Club Lotto will take place next Sunday at 12:00pm in the Old Dressing Rooms for anyone that would like to attend. Our Lotto Jackpot is now at a record €13,900. It continues to be our primary source of revenue to fund the day to day running of the club.
In addition, Lotto revenue is funding the continued development at the pitch which will benefit all in our community not just our players. Over the next month, our walking track will be completed and will be fully floodlit.
Our Lotto can be done online by clicking on https://bunbrosnagaa.clubifyapp.com/products. Online entries must be in by 10:00am. Thank you to all who support our club lotto.
Westmeath Quid Games
Well done to our club members, Eoin Cawley and Kenny Murphy, who represented the Club at the Quid Games fundraiser for Westmeath GAA on Sunday in the Mullingar Park Hotel. Eoin was representing the club while Kenny was representing Westmeath Scór on the night.
At the time of going to press there was no results but we congratulate both men on taking part. They both comfortably exceeded the fundraising target of €1500 each in what was a novel fundraising event by Westmeath GAA which was based on the Netflix show, Squid Games. Well done Eoin & Kenny.
Underage Development
As the 2023 GAA season draws to a close, we’d like to thank all our players, coaches, members, parents and supporters for all of their efforts, hard work and support throughout the year. It was a very enjoyable and successful year and we hope, most importantly, that all of our underage players had fun and enjoyed themselves!
We are now turning to look towards 2024 and specifically to look at how best the club can grow and support each of our underage players and teams. To assist with that process we are holding a meeting next Friday 3rd November at 8:00pm in the Old Clubhouse (beside the Astroturf) in Bun. This is a meeting of the Club Executive focusing on underage activities for 2024 and is open to all parents, supporters, and all interested people. The aim of the meeting is to hear and discuss plans and ideas for our underage in 2024.
All are welcome!! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact Conor Newman, or any member of the Executive - eg Peter Maguire (Chairperson Bunbrosna GAA - 0877974395)
