All Ireland Scór na nÓg Final
Congratulations to Béinhínn, Anna and Aoife on their fantastic performance in the All Ireland Final on Saturday evening in the Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan. Despite an excellent performance from all three girls, they didnt get the Judges decision on this occasion.
They have had a splendid year and can look back with great pride on their performances throughout the competition. To reach an All Ireland Final is a fantastic achievement and will live long in the memory. We are all very proud of you at the Club and wish you continued success into the future.
Well done to all the supporters who travelled to cheer on the girls. Your support was greatly appreciated.
Finally, we extend our thanks to Club Iarmhí for their generous donation to Scór towards the All Ireland preparations.
Ireland Lights Up 2025
We are up and running for ‘Ireland Lights Up’ this year, and have had a great turn out so far. It is great to see the track lit up every evening and that the community is enjoying the facilities. The campaign continues every Wednesday for the next 3 weeks from 6.30 - 8:00pm.
We are inviting club members and members of the local community to come along and join us. It is the perfect opportunity to make use of our fantastic new walking track and get out and get active in a safe environment during the dark Winter evenings.
Club members will also be able to use the walking track every other evening from 7:00 - 9:00pm.
🔵Irish Life- Every Step Counts Challenge🔵
In conjunction with ‘Ireland Lights Up’ we have also signed up for the ‘Every Step Counts’ challenge. We are asking as many of you as possible to sign up and register your club as Bunbrosna GAA so that collectively we can clock up over 4000km over the next 3 weeks and be in with a chance of winning a cash prize for the club. It is also great motivation when there is a target to work towards. Last year we managed almost 7,000km so hopefully we can do even better this year.
You can download the ‘My Life’ app and follow the steps in the attached pictures to sync up with your fitness trackers, smartphone etc. and track your progress.
If anyone needs any assistance signing up, we can help to get you started on Wednesday evening.
Couch to 5KM
We are delighted to announce that we will be organising another Couch to 5KM this year. Planning is ongoing and it is anticipated that it will commence in early March. More details in the coming weeks.
Membership
Membership for 2025 is now available. The rates of membership this year can be found on Foireann. There are various options available for members as well as for those who wish to avail of access to our Gym or to the Walking Track. All membership must be done through Foireann.

Storm Eowyn
There was significant disruption to the Electricity supply in the area as a result of the recent storm. We hope that everyone has their power restored as soon as possible and that the storm didn’t cause too much damage to homes and businesses. Thanks to the Emergency Teams working hard to resolve the issues.
