Westmeath Camogie

Saturday was a proud day for the Club as Barry O Mara took charge of the Westmeath Camogie Senior Team in his first competitive outing when they took on Meath in the first round of the League. Unfortunately the result didn’t go their way.

Well done to the Clann Gaels LGFA players Dearbhail McLoughlin, Julie McLoughlin, Meadbh McLoughlin, Áine Newman and Eva Cawley who are on the panel this year.

We wish Barry and the team the very best of luck for the season ahead.

Division 3 League

The opening round of the Westmeath All County Football League will take place next Sunday morning when we take on Kilbeggan in Bun at 10:30am.

We take on Ballinagore in Bun in Round 2 of the League on Sunday 1st March at 11:00am. All support is greatly appreciated.
