Summer Camp 2026
We had a fantastic two days at our Summer Camp on Thursday and Friday last week. A brilliant 1st Day of our Annual Summer Camp. Over 100 Boys and Girls got the opportunity to practice their skills in the glorious weather along with all their coaches. Well done to all on an excellent morning of fun and games.
We were very lucky to have Westmeath Senior Footballer, Danny McCartan, and Westmeath Ladies Gaa Captain, Fiona Coyle, present on Friday for a meet and greet with all the young boys and girls. They were very generous with their time and we are very thankful to both for coming out on Friday.
It was brilliant to witness so many children enjoy the games organised by our brilliant volunteer coaches. Well done to everyone who who helped out over the last two days to help ensure the camp was a success.
Finally, a special mention to Conor Newman, our Underage Co Ordinator who made sure the blitz ran smoothly as ever. Conor puts in a huge amount of time organising and Co ordinating the Summer Camp every year and we are indebted to his commitment and hard work.
A reminder that our underage training continues every Saturday at 1:00pm. All welcome to attend.

What a day in Wexford on Saturday, and what an incredible achievement for our Under 15 lads!
After a fantastic day of football, determination, teamwork and heart, our boys are Regional Féile Champions!
Every player gave absolutely everything, showing tremendous skill, courage and commitment from the first whistle to the last. They represented our club, their families and our community with immense pride, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.
A huge thank you to our dedicated coaches for all the hard work they’ve put in throughout the year, to the parents and supporters who travelled in great numbers to cheer the lads on, and to everyone who helped make this journey possible.

Inny Shamrocks U12s
Inny Shamrock U12s played out an exciting game against CFCW on Monday evening last in Finea. Many thanks to Finea for accomodating the change of fixture. Good to see the lads enjoying their football and well done players and coaches.
Inny Shamrocks U14s
Inny Shamrocks U14s commenced their championship campaign on Wednesday evening against a strong Tyrellspass side on a fine evening for football.
Tyrellspass started the game strongly to lead by 12 points at the first water break. Our lads got to grips with the game and clawed their way back into the game to trail by 3 points at half time.
The second half was a titanic battle as the two sides traded scores with Tyrellspass coming out on top by 1 point at the final whistle. This was a very encouraging start to the campaign having moved up a division from the league and players and coaches can be proud of their battling qualities shown this evening.
Well done to Tyrellspass for a sporting game and we wish their midfielder well who suffered a late injury.
Inny Shamrocks U16s
Well done to the Inny Shamrock U16s who started their championship campaign with a win over Maryland Tang last Monday evening. With the whole panel getting lots of game time, it was a useful workout for the boys on a fine evening for a game. Well done players and coaches and many thanks to Maryland Tang for a very sporting game.
Inny Shamrocks Minors
Our Minor team made the trip to Delvin on Thursday evening to take on the home side in what was the hottest day of the year so far. Despite the sweltering conditions, both teams served up a fantastic game of football.
Our lads showed great determination, skill, and teamwork from the first whistle to the last. Every player worked tirelessly for one another, with some excellent scores and brilliant passes of play throughout.
After a hard-fought contest, our minors came away with a well-deserved victory on a final score of 3-12 to 1-13. A huge well done to all the players and coaches on a superb performance.
