No winners of Club Lotto on Sunday. Numbers drawn were 6, 15, 20 & 21.  Match 3 went to Mark Donnelly, Gavin Lyons and Mary Price . Sellers Prize went to Lucy Duck. Next draw on Sunday 26th July. Jackpot will be €3,300.

We are very grateful for the ongoing support we receive towards our Lotto from Club members and supporters, far and wide, without which we would not be able to run our Club.

We kick off the 2026 Championship on Monday 27th July when we take on Mullingar Shamrocks in Round 1 of the Junior Football Championship. Throw in at Multyfarnham is at 7:30pm. All support is greatly appreciated.

Our U8 and U10 Girls played the latest round of LGFA Go Games Blitzes on Saturday 11th July in Castletown Finea Coole Whitehall.

Both our U8s and U10s played excellent and entertaining games in Blitzes involving teams from CFCW, Multyfarnham, Shandonagh,  Ballymachugh and Delvin / St Pauls, and our spectators were treated to some brilliant games!

Very well done to all of the girls on playing such thrilling and fast-flowing football!! A huge thank you to the coaches and mentors for all of their hard work.

A fantastic day out for our Under 12s in Cusack Park on Saturday.

After a late change to the fixtures, our lads found themselves taking on Division 1 opposition for the second year running. It was always going to be a huge challenge, but they showed incredible heart, determination and never stopped battling until the final whistle.

A special mention to our U10 players from Bunbrosna and Ballynacargy who stepped up and gained valuable experience at this level. These are the days that help young players grow and develop.

The lads should be very proud of themselves. Keep your heads held high – your hard work, effort and team spirit were there for everyone to see. 

Thank you to all the parents, families and supporters who came along to cheer the boys on. Your support is always appreciated.

Well done to the Bun contingent of players and coaches that took part and won their section in the Castletown Festival of Hurling. Well done to all involved.

Hard luck to the Westmeath Ladies Team who lost narrowly to Roscommon in the All Ireland Semi Final in Cavan on Sunday. A final scoreline of 2:14 to 2:10  saw them miss out on an All Ireland Final place after a titanic battle with their western counterparts. 

Our G4M&O team continues to go from strength to strength this season. We have been delighted to welcome new faces over the past few weeks and encourage anyone thinking about playing to come along and give it a go.

As we continue our Reeling in the Years of Bunbrosna, we take a trip back to the early 1960s with this fantastic team photograph (see attached). It captures a proud era in the history of Bunbrosna GAA and the players who represented the club with great pride, commitment and community spirit.
