Westmeath Ladies

Well done to Annie Dolan and the Westmeath ladies on their win in the All Ireland final last weekend.

Great times for our Underage squads

U13 – Congratulations to Inny Shamrocks U13s who qualified for the Shield final with a convincing win over a young Milltownpass team who will surely be a force to be reckoned with in this division next year.

This was a great team performance by the lads with every member of the squad contributing to the win from number 1 to 22 on the panel.

This semi-final win followed on from a comprehensive win in the quarter final last Saturday against a spirited Kilbeggan Shamrocks outfit and sets us up for the U13 Shield Final on the weekend of the 25th/26th September. Well done to all involved.

U15s - Inny Shamrocks U15s were also victorious in their Shield semi-final which was played at Ballynacargy last Thursday evening.

Against a gallant St. Joseph’s outfit, who battled to the very end, our lads recorded a comprehensive win and played some fantastic football to qualify for the final.

Qualification for the Shield Final is just rewards for the lads tremendous efforts over the course of the season.

U17s- The U13s and U15s join the U17 squad managed by Anthony Maher, Ryan Maher and Simon Moorhead who have already qualified for the Shield final in their division.

Anthony, Ryan and Simon have done a brilliant job with this team and the lads have responded by playing some great football to reach the final. Well done to the team and coaches.

All three finals, U13, U15 and U17 are due to be played on the weekend of the 25th/26th September in what promises to be a bumper weekend of football!!
