Tax Relief on Donations
We are pleased to say there is a further fundraising opportunity for the Club following on from the generosity of the members, businesses and local donors over the past 12 months.
Our club is a recognised Approved Sports Body and our development is a project approved by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media. If you are a PAYE worker and you donated to the Club in 2021 for the Astroturf Development, the Club can make an application to gross up that amount of the donation. In other words, the Club can get a refund of the tax on your donation.
If you are happy for the Club to make an application on your behalf or you have any further questions, then please text or email me, Colm McCormack (club treasurer) on 0863469664 or email@example.com and he will prepare the paperwork for you. More information can be found on www.revenue.ie
