Junior Championship 2022
The fixtures for the opening rounds of the Championship have been released and sees us play 2 matches in 5 days. All support would be greatly appreciated. The fixtures are as follows:

Leinster Fleadh
Well done to our Sett Dancers who qualified for the All Ireland Fleadh when they won the Leinster Fleadh on Friday last in Portlaoise. They now go forward to represent their club, county and province in the All Ireland Fleadh in Mullingar in August. Well done to Christopher, Seamus, Kenny, Eoin, Veronica, Aimee, Emma and Orla.
Inny Shamrocks
Hard luck to Inny Shamrocks U17s who lost narrowly to Milltownpass in championship on Monday, and to Inny Shamrocks U13s who lost on Wednesday in championship also. Well done to the U15s who won against St Lomans after a very exciting match on Friday.
Gaelic for Mothers & Others
Our Mothers and Others group continue to train on Mondays at 8pm at the pitch. New faces are always welcome. Summer Circuit Classes with Kate Brennan continue on Thursday at 8pm. Open to all. Contact 0877672529 to sign up.
Tailteann Cup
Congratulations to the Westmeath Senior Footballers who created history on Saturday evening last when they won the inaugural Tailteann Cup when they defeated Cavan in an enthralling game. Well done to Jack Cooney and all involved in a fantastic success and for creating great memories for all Westmeath gaels.
Westmeath Ladies Minor Footballers
Well done to Ciara and Maeve Molloy and the Westmeath Minor Ladies team who played Wicklow in the Leinster Minor C Final on Wednesday last. Unfortunately luck was not on their side as they lost out to a stronger opponent. Well done to all on reaching the final.

Condolences
All at Bunbrosna GAA express their condolences on the sad and untimely passing of Eoin Farrell of Maryland GAA. Eoiny was a true gentleman and a hugely respected opponent, teammate and friend.
We send our sympathies to his wife Eimear, his parents Tom and Goretti, his brothers and sisters, and to the entire Farrell and Murphy families. Ar dheis Dé go raibh sé.
