League Fixture
We play The Downs in the final round of Division 3 of the League on Thursday evening next in The Downs. Throw in is at 7:30pm.

Rounders
Rounders practice continues Saturdays at 6:00pm for all ages. New members welcome.
Membership
This is a gentle reminder that Membership for 2023 is now overdue. All players need to have their membership paid in order to play. The rates of membership this year can be found on Foireann. There are various options available for members as well as for those who wish to avail of access to our newly refurbished Gym. All membership must be done through Foireann.
In order to register, log on to your Foireann account from last year and follow the membership prompts. If you don’t have a Foireann account just log onto www.foireann.ie and register a new account and select Bunbrosna as your club. Once you have this done you will be able to select the membership option that suits you best.
Coaching Course
Last Monday evening, Inny Shamrocks and Clann Gaels underage coaches had a very informative, interesting and enjoyable coaching course with Liam Reill in Ballynacargy. The session focused on game based, match realistic drills for teams in the U13 - U17 age groups.
Many thanks to Liam for assisting in our continued drive to improve the coaching standards in order to help our young footballers reach their full potential.
Inny Shamrocks Feile
After our U15s brilliant Féile win we have qualified for the regional Féile competition which is a one day tournament in Kilkenny on 1st July so please mark the date in the diaries. We’ll organize a bus and confirm all details closer to the date.

Westmeath Senior Hurlers
Congratulations to Shane McGovern and the Westmeath Senior Hurlers on their incredible win against Wexford on Sunday in the Leinster Hurling Championship. They came from 17 points down to record a two point win on a score line of 4:18 to 2:22 in Chadwicks Wexford Park. Shane lined out at midfield.
This was Westmeath’s first victory over Wexford in the championship since 1940. Congratulations to the players and management on a fantastic victory.

Congratulations from all at Bunbrosna GAA to Ray Carolan and Claire Weston on the birth of their son, Fionn earlier in the week. We wish you all a lifetime of health and happiness together.
Congratulations also to Ciara and Niall Mahon on the birth of their baby girl, Isla earlier this week. We are sure her big sisters, Evie and Rosie, are excited to welcome her to the family! We wish you all the very best of health and happiness for the future.
School Award
Congratulations to Áine Foy who received the prestigious "Female Athlete of the Year" award at Wilson's Hospital School recently.
The award recognises significant and long-standing contributions made by an individual to sport, both inside and outside school,during their time in Wilson's.
Alongside participation, a key pillar of the award is dedicated to those who actively encourage others to participate in sport. This is a phenomenal achievement for Áine and we congratulate her on this award.
